The smoothness and color detail on this is excellent. Any hints on how it is achieved?

You can say that color management in MB3D is extremly complex, or that it offers a huge number of possibilities. In this case I simply used 2 lights and worked positioning the different colors in the Color Adjustment window.
You can see some of my thoughts on coloring in this tutorial, based in an old version which is much improved today. [link]

Thanks for the tutorial, I picked up many tips from it. It seems each color in the slider bar relates to a calculation iteration. The trick then is to know or see which part of the object is created on which iteration, at which point it is as you say complex.

I would very much like to see your parameters on this one and "something inside" to see how you get those beautiful smooth reflective surfaces. Thank you Mario.
